Below you will find some frequently asked questions I receive from many of my clients. I have tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, however, if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please contact me. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer Bridal Trials
Yes, bridal trials are available, but are not included in the bridal Makeup price. you can book bridal trial through "special occasion"Â tab on the site.
Do you have packages or offer group Discounts?
No, I do not offer group discounts or have package deals. all appointments and rates are set depending on occasion.
Which payment methods do you accept?
I only accept Zelle for deposits and all balances are due in cash the day of service. Credit/ debit cards are also accepted, but there is an additional 3.5% processing fee.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, deposits are charged through my website when self- booking, and bridal and group booking deposits can be sent through zelle or cash drop of in Studio.
How long does the appointment take? what if I'm late?
Each Non-Bridal appointment takes 1 hr. I have a 10-min late grace period. After 10 min, your appointment is canceled and your deposit is forfeited. No exceptions.
What if I cancel my Event, do I get my deposit back?
All deposits are non-refundable,and  non-transferable. there are no exceptions to this policy. This policy is set in place for security by ensuring attendance from both parties.
Can I bring a friend with me to my appointment?
No, please come to your appointment alone. I don't allow extra guests or children.
Do you come to our location for the service, or do we go to you?
All single appointments or groups of 3 or less come to my Studio Suite for the service. I am Located in Downtown Bakersfield. On location services are available for groups of 4 or more upon availability.
How long in advanced should I book?
I recommend all Bridal parties and large groups book at least 6 months in advance to ensure availability.
what is the earliest time you can start a bridal party?
My work hours for weekend bookings begin at 6am. Unfortunately, I am not available earlier than that. Sorry for the inconvenience.
